  Taiwo Alabi is a first-class graduate of the University of Lagos, holding a Bachelor of Science in Education in Chemistry. As an Education Officer at the Lagos State Teaching Service Commission (TESCOM), she is dedicated to transforming the education landscape in Nigeria. Taiwo's passion for improving literacy skills led her to establish "The Young Writers' Circle" at her school, where she continues to impact her students' lives positively. Through mentorship and innovative teaching methods, she has enabled significant progress in her students' reading abilities. Taiwo's commitment to underserved communities is evident in her efforts to provide quality education using appropriate teaching aids, technology, and inclusive pedagogical strategies. Her strong relationships with her students allow her to understand and address their challenges effectively, guiding them to reach their full potentials.
